As Founder of K-9 Disaster Relief my thoughts and prayers are with the victims of Ukraine. On behalf of K-9 DisasterRelief, we acknowledge the heroism of the Ukraine soldiers – fighting families – children and refugees.-
Our mission is accomplished by paring canines with professionally trained traumatic stress mental health handlers to aid and assist victims, families and first responders in the aftermath traumatic events and critical incidents.
Since 2001 we have been able to respond primarily through teaching courses in Canine Disaster Relief Services.
Survivors, survivors, families, children and first responders have invisible wounds, which require mental health traumatic stress care. Through Canine Disaster Relief Services . . . and trained handlers will be able to provide those services for days, months and years.
