K-9
for Kids Corp™
This is a
national
outreach program for school children.
K-9 for Kids
visits schools. This enables students to meet wonderful and special dogs.
Through this interactive experience they talk about their feelings and ask
questions.
This recognized
program has helped school
children deal with stress and trauma. It's purpose and objective is to have students meet canines and interact with a trained K-9 Disaster Relief facilitator.

extraordinary work, she has been selected the K-9 for Kids

letter writing campaign throughout the United States. K-9 Disaster Relief helped
her distribute cards, letters and pins at Ground Zero.

Canines of all
breeds are loving and non-judgmental. Students and teachers identify with
animals, and most have pets of their own. They can ask questions and express
their private feelings in a safe environment. Thousands of students have
benefited from this outreach program. . . and it continues to grow thanks to
wonderful students who are members of the
K-9 for Kids Corp.
